Day 0: Arrival in Arusha

• Distance: 30–50 km
• Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport, you will be greeted and transferred to Tulia Boutique Hotel & Spa for an overnight stay on a half-board basis. (Approx. 40 km, 30-minute drive).

Day 1: Tarangire National Park

• Distance: 140 km
• Non-game drive travel time: 2–3 hours
  After breakfast, the safari begins with a stop in Arusha Town for any last-minute purchases. From there, you’ll head to Tarangire National Park for a game drive with a picnic lunch. The park is renowned for its vast elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. It serves as a central hub for an annual migration involving around 3,000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeest, and 30,000 zebras. After the game drive, return to Arusha.

Alternative Option: Lake Manyara National Park

• Distance: 50 km
• Non-game drive travel time: 2 hours
  Following breakfast, the tour departs with a stop in Arusha Town for last-minute purchases. The journey then continues to Lake Manyara National Park, known for its stunning landscapes and diverse habitats, including acacia woodlands, water forests, baobab-dotted cliffs, hot springs, swamps, and the lake itself. This compact park hosts a rich array of wildlife, including the world’s largest concentration of baboons and the famous tree-climbing lions. Afterward, return to Arusha.
