Day 0: Arrival in Arusha

- Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport, you’ll be met and transferred to The African Tulip (approximately 40 km, 30 minutes).

Day 1: Tarangire National Park
- Distance: 140 km
- Non-game drive travel time: 2–3 hours
After breakfast, the safari begins. There will be a short stop in Arusha Town for any last-minute supplies before heading to Tarangire National Park for a game drive with a picnic lunch. Known for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees, Tarangire is the center of an annual migration cycle involving up to 3,000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeest, and 30,000 zebras. - Meals: Lunch | Dinner | Bed & Breakfast

Day 2: Serengeti National Park
- Distance: 145 km
- Non-game drive travel time: 3–4 hours
After breakfast, you’ll journey to Serengeti National Park via the lush farmlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descending into the plains of the Serengeti, you’ll explore the Seronera area, home to the Seronera River, a vital water source attracting diverse wildlife. Enjoy lunch on arrival followed by an afternoon game drive. - Meals: Dinner | Bed & Breakfast

Day 3: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
- Distance: 145 km
- Non-game drive travel time: 2–4 hours
Begin the day with an early morning game drive before heading to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. En route, you’ll visit Olduvai Gorge, a significant archaeological site where the Leakey family discovered crucial evidence of human evolution. In the late afternoon, transfer to Bougainvilla Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. - Meals: Dinner | Bed & Breakfast

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
- Distance: 210 km
- Non-game drive travel time: 3–4 hours
After an early breakfast, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full day of wildlife viewing. With a year-round supply of water and food, the crater supports numerous species, including wildebeest, zebras, buffalo, elephants, and warthogs. Predators such as lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and leopards can also be spotted here. Visit Lake Magadi, a shallow alkaline lake often populated by flamingos, hippos, and various water birds. In the late afternoon, transfer back to Arusha for dinner, an overnight stay, or an airport drop-off (optional accommodation can be arranged at an additional cost).
